Having been an installer early in my career I loved what I learned and how it has inspired the growth of my company. It always amazes me how many problems are still out in our ever changing industry. I learned how those problems could become “opportunities.” The example set by my father was one that with some intense focus in thinking and engineering there is always a way to solve the problem.
