O’FALLON, MO -King Innovation, home of the “24-hour turnaround,” is now shipping all orders on the same day they are placed.
Twenty-four hours just wasn’t fast enough! Effective immediately, orders received in house by 3:00pm Central Standard Time will be processed, packed and shipped on the same day! This new program from King is part of a greater initiative to provide our customers with improved service. This year we implemented the Shipment Notification emails, and added American Express credit cards as an accepted payment method. We now handle orders from receipt to shipment quicker than ever!
Customer Service Manager Deb Albrecht comments, “I am thrilled that we are able to add same-day shipping to the list of ways we go above and beyond to make our customers “Raving Fans!” Our entire organization is dedicated to making this happen for 100% of orders.” We are very close to that number already; currently King’s on-time delivery status runs over 99% on time.
