Collect and Connect – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN IN THE CONNECT & COLLECT PROMOTION (“CONTEST”). Entry into this Contest constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules.
CONTEST ENTRY DATES: Contest begins June 1, 2009 at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends August 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. CT (“Contest Entry Period”).
WHO MAY ENTER: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia. Participants must be age 18 or older. Employees of King innovation (“Sponsor”) and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or those living in the same households, whether or not related); King Innovation (“Sponsor”), and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Contest Parties”) are not eligible to enter or win. Contest subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
CONTEST ENTRY/OBJECTIVE: The objective of the Contest is to provide your name and email information to a random drawing sweepstakes for King Innovation® DryConn® Waterproof Connectors. There will be four (4) winners randomly drawn from the entry pool.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, complete the form at http://www.kinginnovation.com/2009/01/win-free-connectors-for-a-year/. Winners will be randomly drawn from the entry pool. A market, along with your name and valid email address, must be provided in order to qualify. During the Contest Entry Period, you must enter using one of the following methods:

US Mail: Mail your entry information on a 3” x 5”, or 4” x6” postcard to King Innovation, Attn: Connect & Collect Marketing, 42 N. Central Drive, O’Fallon, MO 63366
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
Limit one (1) Entry per person/address/email address. For purposes of these Official Rules, “receipt” of an Entry occurs when Sponsor’s servers record the Entry information, resulting from contestant clicking the “submit” button or when Sponsor receives an entry based on postal stamp.
By submitting an Entry, contestant hereby grants permission for his/her Entry to be posted on Sponsor’s websites for viewing by visitors to the website and as otherwise used as set forth in these Official Rules. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use by third parties of any Entry.
Sponsor does not guarantee the posting of any Entry.
Entries must comply with the following content guidelines to be eligible:
Contestant information provided must be accurate and truthful.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion.
DRAWING: All eligible Entries received will be placed into one (1) central repository/database of all entries received electronically or via USPS (mail). Sponsor reserves the right to select fewer than four (4) Grand Prize winners if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries.
Judges’ and Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by email on or around August 8, 2009. Winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form. If after three (3) attempts to contact winner, Sponsor has been unable to do so, he/she will be disqualified. If a potential winner is eligible but considered a minor in his or her state of permanent residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be required to execute and return the Affidavit/Release and all other required documents on winner’s behalf as well as comply with any other requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. In the event it is determined that a potential winner has not complied with these Official Rules, has failed to execute and return any required documents within the specified time period, has made false statements or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then potential winner will be disqualified. Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document required by Sponsor, such winner will be disqualified and required to promptly return to Sponsor the value of his/her prize. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, at Sponsor’s discretion, an additional drawing from the remaining entries may occur, and a new entry may be declared the alternate winner.
